Procedure
- Make the sauce by mixing the sesame oil and soy sauce with pepper in a small bowl.
 - Mix the salad, carrots, parsley, sesame seeds, lime zest, lime juice and olive oil in a separate bowl.
 - Slice the scallops thinly.
 - Place the salad in bowls, top with the scallops and pour the sauce over.
 - Mix gently before serving.
